Make your own nut milks by activating (soaking) your choice of nuts, blending with water and then squeeze the liquid out through the Nut Milk bag. Now you have your own fresh almond, hazlenut, quinoa, rice… – the choices are up to you.
You can also make your own freshly squeezed blended juices by blending the vegetables and fruits, squeezing the liquid out through the Nut Milk bag. Then replace some of the fibre back into the juice. By avoiding overprocessing and heating you will retain the enzymes and goodness of the whole food.
You can also use the Nut Milk Bag to strain curd into cheese eg, labne, paneer.
